ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION POSTPONED TO FEBRUARY 15th, 2010. Dear Colleagues, We have received several requests asking for extra time to submit abstracts for the 5th International Conference on Earthquake Geotechnical Engineering. Hence, in order to attract more participants, and considering that the bulletin calling for the abstracts may not have been well conveyed, we have deferred the deadline for submission of abstracts to February 15th, 2010. We hope this additional time will encourage more of you to consider participating.
