After receiving notification of acceptance of abstracts, authors are required to prepare a full-length paper of a total length of no more than twelve (12) pages (inclusive of all text, tables, figures and references). File size is a concern because of the need to accommodate all manuscripts on one CD. Papers with many photos and/or scanned figures may result in files of very large size; the Conference reserves the right to request authors to re-submit manuscripts for which the file sizes are deemed to be excessive. The manuscripts should be prepared preferably as WORD files or as Rich Text Format (useful for LaTeX users), and uploaded here.
